I just bought a great refrigerator from this local store and it was amazing. However, the delivery systems was suck and I had to wait for a long time to get my item. Anyway, the staffs were very enthusiastic. They offered me to get a freezer or a sofa to recoup the delay of my refrigerator. I really satisfied with the customer service, especially Julio Gervacio, and I highly recommend you go.
I had amazing time at the Philadelphia Sears Outlet with my Mother. we bought a Samsung Refrigerator that we absolutely loved .Our sales man was Julio and he went up and beyond to meet every need we had. He even called us to let us know that there was a delivery opening date for us to receive our refrigerator two day early. Thank you Julio:)

Terrible experience with the so called Store manager. So I bought a GE dishwashers today, paid for it and took it home. Unpacked the unit then realized that the 4 adjustable foot were missing . So back to the store to get the missing items. Talked to the manager and he said he seen 2 of the feet on the unit when he loaded in my truck. Needless to say there was no feet on the dishwasher but he insisted I was wrong and he was not willing to help resolve this issue. I had a great experience purchasing appliances. Julio went above and beyond - switching out a handle, saving me from ordering and retaining myself. Everyone was friendly and helpful, searching online and helping to answer all of my questions.
Just want to say thanks to Julio for the help with my fridge and for his excellent customer service. Even I have problems with the deliver company, he always call me to keep me updated and resolved the problem. Sears should have more people like Julio, respectful, excellent customer service and professionalism.
