Donna was extremely knowledgeable on the questions that I had she was so knowledgeable that I ended up buying a barbecue grill also and I reopened my Sears card I would come back to the Sears outlet in the future

Donna was very helpful and friendly. We needed appliances for the kitchen and laundry and she made it a great experience. We were a little bummed with the dishwasher selection before she showed us a brand new one at a fantastic deal and we had to scoop it up! Will definitely be back if we need any other appliances or furniture!
Alan greeted us immediately when we entered the store he is very pleasant answered all our many questions we didn't purchase that day after further shopping around we decided Sears had the best products at the best deals and we really liked Alan so we came back and not only bought a refrigerator but a stove as well as well as a warranty great salesman will be back for future purchases and will refer friends and family
