I went to the Sears Outlet in Willoughby yesterday to purchase an extra fridge for our basement and a chest freezer. Donna took care of my parents. Confirmed a delivery 3 different times today with Donna. The delivery never showed. Spoke with another manager who said there was nothing they could do, called the delivery service "Expo"who said we were lying and that they came to the home and called us to say they were at the house. No came. No one called. I work and if I didnt do my job correctly my boss would make me do it and do it better. We purchased a stove on January 24th online, stating it was in the Willoughby store. When we called to pick it up on Monday the 27th, we were informed it was not in the store and must be on the next days delivery truck. When I called to find out when would be a good time to pick it up on Tuesday, I was informed they would check on it and get back to me.
