Love this store! I have purchased all my appliances from here and I will never be going anywhere else. Everyone is always very friendly! Great products, great service, great people! 👍🏼

Found a floor model freezer on line when I went to make the purchase it showed it was refurbished. Found a new one and tried to buy it but the website would not accept my zip code. Called the number listed went through the whole buying process again and was told I could not buy something that had to be back ordered. No wonder Sears is going out of business!

The people are pretty pleasant but...we paid for a gas range last Thursday evening and were told we had to wait for it to come in on Monday...not a big problem. We gave our old one away, expecting to receive the call from the store that we could come pick it up. I called on Monday evening and was told that we didn't need to call as they would call us when it arrived. I had such a wonderful experience when I went in to buy a washer/dryer. The showroom is well organized and very well kept. The manager, Ryan, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and set me up with exactly what I needed. Everything went smoothly, it was so much easier than I imagined. I would definitely recommend this store if you're looking for a new appliance!

Signs all over advertising lease program with no credit required. When the staff attempted to enter my information it came back with a slip saying they needed to call a number. They called but they were put on hold and no one ever answered. I took the number home to call and was given an automated response saying my information could not be verified but it was not a credit check and the answer is final. Very disappointing to not be told what the problem was and why I was denied. What was it based on if not credit?

I have been both a customer and an employee at this store and would shop here tomorrow again if I needed a large or small appliance or TV. My nearly ten year old refurbished refrigerator from here is still going strong as well as my small appliances which are a hand mixer and crock pot. Yes, they even have closeout items such as those to browse! If you don't like paying full-price then this is your place!
