I have purchased three refrigerators from the store! The last one started leaking within two weeks they never responded my Numerous phone calls...actually had to go into the store and they replaced it. That NEW refrigerator last leas than six years... RecommendedI can't recommend Sears Outlet enough! The customer service is great. The manager, Manny, and his staff go above beyond to help you find what you need. I was able to save lots of money over other appliance stores. The delivery was fast, install went well, and they made sure everything was working for me. Thank you for giving me a great shopping experience!

Paid $1,400 for a washer and dryer which were never delivered. The store said they would refund my money but have yet to do so after 14 business days. When I went into the store to inquire about the status of my refund the employee was unable to offer any assistance and refused to put me in contact with an employee who could. Absolute worst retail experience ever and it's not even over because judging by their demeanor, I will likely have to pursue legal remedies...
Too pricey for an outlet store. Employees were not very helpful.
