Worst experience I've ever had with Sears. Bought a $1300 laundry center and a 5 year warranty. Took off from work for delivery. They took my old machines out, couldn't get the new one through the basement door. My handyman popped the door frame off for them while he was here cleaning my gutters. They were too busy to stay and install. Supposed to come back the next night to complete install. No show. Promises Promises.
Shout out to Andrea Crown! So patient and helpful in finding just what I needed and at hundreds of $ less than retail store's sale price! I highly recommend Sears Outlet . Ask for Andrea!

Employee #41970 Excellent Service I bought a Kenmore Series 500 washer. She tool me to the hoses as well. Very professional employee she is and quick. The loading dock experience was excellent as well. I was in and out all loaded and on my way in 30 minutes.
Everyone was amazing! Especially Andrea. I got a great deal on a washer. They loaded it for me. I just can't get over how friendly everyone was. They had a lot more to shop through than what I had expected. Mattresses, BBQ grills, etc.. I will definitely be back.
Purchased new washer from Andrea Crown today at Sear Outlet. She was very, very helpful and did not sell us more or less than what we needed! Go see her if you need appliances.
