I had fantastic service in Kansas City from an employee named Andrea! She goes above and beyond what most employees do. She left her cell phone number so that you could text questions directly to her. She responses within less then a minute with an answer. She is a dedicated employee for Sears and I hope they recognize her as such.
Dropped in to browse and Andrea helped us find the PERFECT fridge. She knew where every fridge was in the store. We had started by just looking at features, and when Andrea walked by she was able to quickly locate the fridge features we were looking for in both black and white finishes, as well as stainless steel. She didn't oversell by trying to get us to buy a more expensive fridge, and she was super about making sure we knew if there was any door dings and where they were located.
ANDREA is more than awesome and genuinely loves what she does, excellent sales and communication skills with a beautiful attitude to go along with it! THANK YOU for everything sears outlet Kc!
I dont understand how you can advertise something on your website(in stock) and I drive to this location (KCMO) and it's not available. Oh did I mention, the sales rep Warren looked it up in YOUR system and it states you have 6 refrigerators at THIS location. He "checked" the back and there are NONE here. I asked for something similar and was told to look around! I also, asked for a manager but was told he doesn't work on Mondays. This is VERY BAD BUSINESS AND False advertising!
Andrea is awesome she was such a help, and great to work with. She got us the greatest deal possible. Definitely ask for her!!!
