I have never had this kind of experience with them before. A comedy of communication errors and just plain errors. Bought on April 22nd and still my dryer is not installed. The old one is gone at least even if the new one is not installed and leveled. Story is too long to type it all in.
Derrick the manager is great, went out of his way to find item found on line but not on floor. Have bought many appliances there over the years, can't beat prices, and service is getting much better. If you haven't been there in a while, give them another try. All staff very nice. The system the employees have to deal with appears rather cumbersome, so be patient. Check online price on your phone, they can be lower than in store price, but if they are they will honor if you ask and show them. Have bought several high end app... read more

If I could give no stars, I would. We went ready to purchase a mattress and the inventory they have online does not match the items or prices in store. In fact, the item number and pictures online do not match the numbers, pictures or labels on the actual mattresses. Plus everything is wrapped in plastic and maybe 30% of it is clearly labeled. Today i went to Sears Outlet on Front Street looking for a � but there was a Sales Lady asked me how my day was and can she help me in anyway. Then she telling me about there sales items as well. She was very respectful and welcoming that's hard to fine now day's...The Store was Clean, � wonderful, and will coming back and bring a Friend next visit.
I Went Shopping For Random Items And The Sales Woman Were Very Helpful And We Shared Good Laughs I Will Be Visiting This Location Again
As a former employee this is not owned by sears! They don't follow half of sears policies! Their prices really ARE NOT competitive unless the items are damaged or returned. And the sales people, as a former one they are there to push any of their junk on you to make their commission! Be careful! Maybe just go to an actual retail store spend a couple hundred more dollars but get a quality product with a proper warranty.
I will never shop here again. We found a Samsung fridge in December for our house we were buying beginning of January. We had it delivered the day after we closed. It wouldn't cool at all. Called the store numerous times that week and talked to both managers. Candee was a nightmare to deal with. She even told me they test 1000 appliances at a time so ones get missed so they hope and pray what they sell works. Wow! I called Samsung thinking maybe they could come fix it.
