I spent $500.00 on 2 pair of glasses that took 3 weeks to arrive at the store. Two months later the temple spring failed on the Ray Bans. Sears refused to repair under warranty & were not even able to offer repair services even if I paid for it. I would definitely recommend choosing a different optician & giving these guys a miss. Slow service & zero after sales service.
Excellent service in Key West Florida Store. Friendly staff and eye doctor. Glasses came in quickly. Was very pleased with every aspect of my visit to Sears Optical
