Dr. Malak loves to educate and really cares for her patients.
My whole family prefers to go to Sears Optical in Hayward even though we live in Pleasanton. We try our best to not miss the chance once in every year. Dr. Malak has been very helpful.
HORRIBLE. DO NOT GET YOUR GLASSES FROM HERE. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. MY LENSES IN MY FRAMES HAVE STRIATIONS IN THEM CAUSING ME TO HAVE DOUBLE VISION. I CAN ONLY SEE PROPERLY IF I LIFT MY HEAD UP. VERY SAD.
I had the same "telephone" experience a few years ago, but it's been taken care of. I bought two pair of frames that were very thin wire, and had a lot of trouble, rangeing from the screws stripping and dropping the lense, to the frame breaking while I was wearing them and dropping the lense. At all four times, both Amber and Imelda were extremely helpful, polite, and responsive to my needs, whether it was closing time, or I needed my clear glasses repaired in less than one half hour to call an NCAA volleyball match.
