DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.... 3,000 refrigerator a year and a half old... believe the compressor failed... cant get anyone out to perform diagnostics for a week and wont cover the appointment and will void my warranty if I call a service tech myself...I have 2 young kids at home and a freezer full of bad food now.... YOU SUCK!!!!
Bought a Kenmore canister vac 11/2013. It started breaking at the plastic extension between the pole and the head within 6 months. Replaced the part once, and it is now broken again. Went to the store to request a replacement head, but was told that there was nothing they could do. They tried to get me to buy new Kenmore Vac! Guess they dont know what an angry consumer looks like. Sears is not consumer friendly at all any more. Will never buy anything from sears again.
False advertising!! Do not buy a Proform Recumbent 460 bike without ac adapter! Console does NOT work on just 4 "D" batteries as advertised! Stinks that Sears sells a product without one major thing- a power source. Really, Sears, you can' t spring for $20 and give the ac adapter?! The bike is $300!! How about mentioning to interested Shoppers that you HIGHLY recommend buying the ac power adapter, since the 4 "D" batteries suggested in the description are not enough to actually power the bike on. Very poor, Sears. Sloppy.
