I've been a Sears customer for more than 50 years. Dolores in Large Appliances Is lovely to deal with, but the rest of the experience has been a nightmare. Hopefully my washer/dryer works better than customer service.
purchased a dryer on Sears online..... get note it's ready . go to pick it up, no dryer ! on way home we get message, thanks for picking up your dryer. 15 hours calling Sears online / store, followed by having to go into the store , said taken care of, then message to RETURN THE DRYER I DO NOT HAVE. Today calling the Auburn Police Department !
He prices cannot be beat! The quality, selection and availability of merchandise is the best add to that the rewards program and I feel like they pay me to shop here.
RecommendedJust bought a patio set from Jerry in Lawn and Garden. He was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. We looked at several sets, and he made it a pleasant experience.
New $1700 ride mower delivered with low charged battery. Died after a handful of uses. 3 week wait for service. Service claimed no one was home when they arrived even though there were 2 people inside. Contacted "supervisor" who spoke with service tech...said he would return and will be calling me "in a few minutes". Never called...never showed. Lost time from work to have someone waiting all day at home for him. Rescheduled home repair. Another 4 week wait. No one to complain to as you cannot locate anyone responsible above... read more
We bought a washer and dryer from Sears. Waited a week for them to come in. We have laundry piling up because we have 8 people at home. The stackable washer and dryer didn't have a stack kit. So we bought one. It wasn't in Stock. Didn't come in for 2 weeks. Try to install the kit, but there is a part missing. 90 minutes on the phone and online chat, called the store but they were too busy to help, to be told they can't help us other than to wait two more weeks for the kit to come in again. 5 weeks without laundry?
