Only two registers open in the whole store, none of which were on the second floor, and lines were long. After waiting about 20 minutes someone finally came to open another register.
-1: Open at 11?? Really. -2: you don't have any Right angle impact drivers in stock -3: Amazon is cheaper and in stock. I didn't have to leave my house.
Sears has change the return policy from 90 days return to a 30 days return and there is nothing else they can do about! yeah those were the words from the customer service lady! no exchange or store credit. When other big retails stores have a better return policy. no wonder why they are losing lots of customer. keep that attitude and you are gonna have to close more stores.
This is the worse place to purchase your mattresses or any of the sort of furniture especially if your going to have it delivered. Had to take a day off from work only to find out ,they didn't even have my bed I purchased available.. Didn't receive a phone call that my bed wasn't going to be delivered. I called after supposedly a text telling me that it was coming to deliver my mattress between 330-530 this was a lie on Sears part. If you are shopping for mattresses " Do not" purchase from Sears... There was only one person at the register even with 4 sales people walking around the store. We were in line for 20 minutes and the line didn't even move one person. What a dump.
We are in line now and wow only a few check outs each line has 20 plus people in it why not open more. I understand that it is Christmas time but this is sad.
