i bought a brand new samsung washer from sears on florin rd in sacramento, one year ago. The washer does not get my clothes clean and i have to run the same load twice. For the amount of money i spent, this is absurd!! I have called for service repeatedly, and am told that is how the washer performs. I have been a long standing Sears customer and the lack of service, functionality of the appliance, and waste of my hard earned money is unacceptable at the very least. Sears, you need to make it right.

I was so upset and disgusted today after going to your location at arden fair mall. As we we getting our 3 boys of the car your manger came running out chasing after 3 guys . Bought a $3000 plus dollar refrigerator from them now it won't keep cold had the person out twice been more than 30 days still I don't have a working refrigerator their service sucks
In December 2017, I stupidly left my silver NECKLACE & rope bracelet (attached together) with some charms, one saying Mom, the letters: D-A-D, & 2 round engraved MEMORIAL PENDANTS containing ashes of each OF MY PARENTS in the downstairs FITTING ROOM of SEARS at ARDEN FAIR Mall. I bought a set of Kenmore washer and dryer in February. This is now the 3rd time it has taken a shit!!! And of course the manager in the store could careless because it's not his problem. I just need to contact repair who was of course closed already. Wonder how many times it has to break before they replace it?
