I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the Sears HVAC service experience at my parents’ home. In May 2021, we purchased an air conditioning unit through Sears. From the beginning, there were issues with the salesperson, who was eventually terminated (unrelated to us). The unit was finally installed in June 2021.
