It's amazing! The employees were so knowledgeable and helpful!! I had a question after my purchase and just sent a Facebook message and the owner addressed it promptly! I had no idea that this branch was locally owned. Sears Hometown is my one and only choice for appliances, etc. Support our community by purchasing local! Thanks again Sears!!!!
Always have great customer service when I am in there. The staff also know alot about their products. Very helpful.
Service was bad , wasn't acknowledged when I went in and looked around for 5 mins and stood for 10 mins , bought a washer and dryer, was not offered the parts I need to go with them, ( hoses and cord ) and to top it off they charge for delivery, had much better luck with lowes and my fridge , free delivery and set up and haul off , my ice maker hose was the wrong size so they at least left me with the size of adapter I needed, lowes gets my business on appliances here on out
