Awesome customer service, great staff and very knowledgeable!

Terrible service.. my brother and sis in law bought a refrigerator in March and have had trouble with it ever since. They bought home warranty which is a joke. They have been out 9 times for the same problem and obviously it can’t be fixed right. The home warranty said after 4 calls on the same problem they were to get a new one. They are living out of a cooler. Lost all the food in freezer. Getting a lawyer!!
