Great staff and great products get down there and check the store out
So flipping frustrated. Ordered a refrigerator and it was supposed to be in early this morning. They call 40 minutes before they close and say it's ready but nobody will be there to help load it. My husband and co worker go pick it up (they do this for a living so they know what to do) and deliver to the house. Go to take the plastic and skids off and both sides are totally buckled towards the front. Of course they are there because they waited so late to call. I am fuming!
I went in to look around the store a few weeks ago. Was greeted with a smile. The employee was ready to answer any questions I had. Will definitely go back if I need anything from their store! Great customer service!
I wanted to know I got some craftsman batteries from a drill that don't work anymore I was just wondering if I can bring them and get some new ones. And if it will cost me anything since crsftman replacments suppose to be free.
We have had very positive results every time we have been in the store
Not happy with these people. First they told my dad they would have to order a tool box. Called today and found out they had it in stock this whole time. Spent alot of money. So we asked to have it delivered. Said it would be $40 more dollars to deliver in town. They are not going to be in business very long if this is how they are going to be to their customers. Also they never called to even tell us the tool box was here. Really...
