Sears has always been our go-to store for many things. You must shop here...the new owner is so nice and helpful!
I bought a microwave there on the 2nd was going to be delivered to the store on the 7th but there was a sign on the window saying it was closed until the 9th. Showed up on the 9th and nothing still closed. Called the corporate office got transferred around almost 20 times just to find out there was nothing they can do since it is a hometown store. Will never buy another thing from Sears again!
I was lied too. Didn't try to resolve my problem. The sears in Amarillo will not honor anything purchased from pampa. So the sears sign means nothing. No integrity. Will not ever buy anything there again. So very disappointed.
