I enjoy shopping at our hometown store, Mr. Phil is the most costermer service owner I have known in a long time. Reminds me when I was younger and we shopped in our local town because we became friends with the owners because they took special interest in their costermers. Mr. Phil even drove to Dumas to pick up the hot water heater I wanted.(No extra charge) that's right No extra charge who does this these days, Mr. Phil that who. EXCELLENT SERVICE! We have used Sears several times personally and many times with our construction business and would HIGH RECOMMEND THEM! Phil has gone above and beyond to help us each time! As contractors, we help our clients select appliances for the remodel. We have no hesitations about sending them to see Phil! Great store!
Stopped in today looking for a freezer before heading to Amarillo to shop. Didn't have to make the trip. Will be buying local. Phil was extremely helpful and the whole family was very friendly
