This is the second time that I go to this store and I find it really amazing. Their customer service is exceptional and the store is really clean and organized. It would be nice if some other places learn from the owners of this place and put it into practice to provide the excellent service to customers they offer.

This is an awesome store! Very courteous and extremely helpful! My fridge went out. We called today and a new one was just delivered! I recommend them highly! Thank you Phil for your assistance and Matt who delivered! You saved the day and the meat!
Sears hometown store in Pampa has great customer service and care. Just bought a riding mower and they delivered it 40 miles away without charge. Then Matt, the delivery man, explained the operations of the mower and made sure I could do it. Then he saw my wife come out and he made sure she could operate it. These people take care of there people from door to door.
Sears hometown store in Pampa has the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. Phil went above and beyond to make sure that my double oven was not only working but installed before Thankgiving. It is so refreshing to know that small town business owners still have pride in what they do and sell. We will be doing all of our business there from here on out. Thank you agian Phil!!!!
I used to like Sears in Pampa and I used to shop there all the time but last week I went in to get 40:1 mix and the owner was very condescending to me. I don't need you to treat me like I don't know what I'm purchasing because I'm a woman. I went straight to what I needed and set it on the counter. I didn't ask for advice, I didn't ask for help. I work in the automotive industry so I think I know what 40:1 mix is used for. Just because I'm a female doesn't mean you treat me like an idiot.
