I recently purchased a new frost-free freezer from this store. I asked if the old one could be removed and delivered to the local animal shelter, where I wished to donate it. When the 2 men arrived with the new one, and removed the old one, I was just amazed at how careful and how kind they were. Getting the taller one out the door where there is a sharp turn to my front porch was not easy, but they were so careful and did it perfectly.
