The owners and staff are not only professional but friendly and extremely helpful. Even tho I live in Pt. Charlotte, I will but from them as I am impressed with their caring and over the top service in all areas. People keep your money in your Hometown and help local business which helps your Hometown.
I have shopped at this hometown Sears for all my appliances since it opened years ago and have always had great service . I must say the owners now, Andrew & Alaina give even better than great service hands down!! I bought another new washer & dryer recently and within a week the washer had a little glitch with it. No questions ask, he had a brand new washer delivered and hooked up within a day or two. You just cannot get that kind of service at the bigger retailers, ever! I am very pleased with my experiences with Sears Hometown. I ordered a stack washer/dryer on Saturday and delivered and installed in less than a week. Kenneth was great to work with in the store and the owners did the delivery and install. I actually spent a few less $$ ordering instore vs online. I will use them for all my appliances. They have a huge selection and the prices are great. Highly recommend! 👍👍☺️

Great to know the old C3 19.2 volt drills will operate on the new lithium batteries. Found the clerk to be very knowledgeable. I’m a Happy Shopper !
Alaina and Andrew were awesome and very knowledgeable . They talked to us about our options and even let us know when the appliances we wanted were on sale! I highly recommend Sears Hometown Store, Arcadia did any of your appliance needs!
