I just had my new washer from my Sears Hometown Store in Covington delivered. I am very happy with my washer, but also extremely happy with the professional service I received from the store’s sales associate, Matt. While shopping for my washer Matt explained the difference in the washers I looked at and his assistance helped me to get exactly what I wanted.
