My husband and I are a military family that just moved back from Japan after living overseas close to six years, we where terrified about all the appliances we had to buy when we got to Oak Harbor but Jim and Carole made it such a delightful experience! We will never go anywhere else for all our appliances and home needs! Best Sears store ever and great people who are not only employees but now our family now ❤️
Sears Hometown is fabulous. Their staff is courteous, timely and very helpful. We needed something that wasn't in the store. They helped us look it up and get it ordered and it was there the next day! Absolute top notch customer service! They brought a hometown feel to a city!
This is a wonderful store, lovely staff who are very helpful. Store is nice and clean and they are very fair in their pricing of appliances, etc.
