We stopped by Sears Hometown to find out our options for a purchase of a stove for our elderly mother. Wanted just a basic stove with minimal functions & easy care. Our friendly salesperson understood our needs & recommended a few models. We will be back once we narrow it down with mom.

went in Saturday to order a washer dryer combo. spoke with Steve and went through the ordering process with him. He was super friendly, and got me a great deal, with cheaper price than listed on the website, with a good time for delivery. I highly recommend Steve himself for customer service!! will definitely be back for any future needs .

I had a refrigerator delivered today 12 21 after the outage. Tony and Jake came by and brought my refrigerator and had it installed in 20 to 25 minutes oh, so I can go to my doctor's appointment. They were very busy because of the outage. this is the second items that I have bought from them. I love the store and I love the people.
