they didn't want to sell me a washer, the one I was looking at was priced lower at another store, the lady told me it was a referb. while I showed her this was not true. they seemed unfriendly from the start, they seen that I had my electronic device and didn't like that I was comparing prices and reviews. she would NOT reduce the price on the floor model. I dont plan on ever returning. I see now why Sears is operating under Chapter 13
