I hate to write this because I firmly believe in supporting local businesses, including this Sears franchise. Super nice and accommodating people. Except not selling great stuff and salespeople are not knowledgeable about the products. Two negative experiences so far as a result of a recent kitchen remodel: I asked for their advice about a dishwasher.
