Update: We were rescheduled for Saturday, 25 July. We received a call at 12:00 pm that the tech would arrive between 2:00-4:00. At 1:30 we received a text that a technician was in route. Shortly before 2:00 pm we received a text that the appt was canceled and rescheduled for 30 July. This is absolutely unacceptable! How is this place still in business? Terrable tried to make a apointment they had no actual person and the ai system kept hanging up on me couldnt even male the apt
Did a great job, gave me informative information too.
Excellent customer service. They come out quickly at no extra charge. They explain issues in detail and are very knowledgeable.
