My mother and I used Sears Home Services to have new windows installed. From the beginning there was confusion and miscommunication between Sears Sales and Sears project manager etc. The initial visit the salesman thought he was here for an HVAC visit. The salesman, Clay, took measurements, we told him what we windows we wanted etc. We asked that he give us some time to save some money up first before they start work. so a few weeks go buy, Clay, the salesman, comes out and we again go over what we wanted.
