The technician David was professional & did what needed to be done but I didn’t like the fact that the inlet valve for my washer couldn’t be replaced due to they wouldn’t cover the part ($126.00) even though I have the MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT plan with Sears! I feel that this was an UNJUST service to me because I actually paid for this plan & Sears does not value me as a customer that I’ve been for 41 years.
The technician was wonderful and very professional. I will recommend “Sears Home Service” to all my family and friends.
