Need a repair for my refrigerator and my home warranty company set me up with Sears. Had an appointment scheduled, and the technician decided I needed parts to repair the fridge before even coming by and taking a look at it. Our refrigerator went out and the soonest they could get out was ten days later. Called a local company and they fixed it for less that Sears cost for a service call. Sears used to be known for quality and customer service. Not anymore!
