This company was assigned to my home warranty led AC repair. I waited 3 days with no AC in a heatwave where temps reached 100F each day. This horrible company has no customer service. You have no option but to talk to an AI bot. It is literally impossible to get an actual person. The AI bot will even tell you that. They don't even exist.
