Classic S.F. institution - was watching one of the staff and he could give a master's class in how to wait tables
Absolutely delicious! Amazing flavor, filling and worth the price. Excellent service. I had the California Club sandwich on croissant with a Cesar salad. Real turkey, crisp bacon, fresh vegetables, moist, buttery croissant. Absolutely fabulous!
We stayed at the Sir Francis Drake hotel which is across the street from Sears Fine Food. I had a picky eater with me as well as someone on a restricted diet. We all found something to love at Sears! The breakfasts are particularly good and we made it our second home while in San Francisco. Good food at a good price!

Hashbrowns crunchy on outside and soft on inside. SAVORY CHICKEN SAUSAGE GRILLED TO PERFECTION. Wonderfully inconsistently toasted sour dough bread "because the toaster is quirky". Coffee so awakenly strong it doesn't even need a cup. Been going there for 28 years. OUTSTANDING
