Carlos, sr. tech and his assistant Darian, or maybe it was Darryl, sorry if I misspelled his name, did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent, typically have Sears do that annually. I also, at Carlos suggestion, after doing a quality air check for me, purchased their air defense system. I'm a long time Sears customer and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, these 2 guys in particular.

Cleaned carpets and chair bottoms well, cleaned up after themselves and left things decent and in order as found. Only complaint, we did not get our rugs back within time frame stated and we had to call after 10 days to find out the status etc.
Edward and William were great! I had not been looking forwarded to having my dryer vent and air ducts clean. Thought about a messy and time but that was not the case. They arrive promptly, were professional and knowledgeable.
