I have used them for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. They were excellent at both. Booking an appointment was easy - I've done it on-line and the last time via their call center. They call the day before the appointment to remind you and provide a time frame. Then the day of the appointment they call as their crews are heading to the home. Terrible service & incredibly rude office staff. Bothering customers at 7.30 in the morning. Bait & Switch with prices and offers. Staffs hangs up phone on customers.
