Just closed.
Went for some tires that they thought were in stock but due to a computer error they werent. Tess and Coleman worked really hard to still get me the right tires for my truck and even stuck to the price they had quoted me. They found a solution that worked for everyone, Instead of letting me walk away to come back another day and I feel I walked away with an incredible deal and also experienced some true service which is a rare thing these days. Tess Weaver, Single-handedly saved a auto customer with her above and beyond customer service. The rest of Sears Customer Service Department and Offline were UNHELPFUL and kept giving me the run around, I would give them 1 star if I could. Sears Auto in Salt Lake closed earlier this year and of course my battery had to go out. I was given a customer service number who at that point in time advised that I was indeed still under my battery warranty and that Offline would contact me for the warranty process. I don’t know why these guys have bad reviews. I’ve taken my car to them for years and they’re always extremely thorough, kind, and give me the best deal they possibly can. My car always comes back driving great. This most recent visit, a drink spilled in my car and they went out of their way to clean it for me! I love sears, thank you!!
I got new tires at Sears about a year ago and all was good then... 1 tire was loosing pressure and I went in to have it checked and the guy only did what we had already done... check tire pressure and fill it up cuz it was 10# low. And basically shooed me away. Went to Les Schwab and they fixed a screw in the tire for me in 20 minutes!!! Yep not going back to Sears!!!!
