Being a female, it is always risky when you take your car in to be looked at. Terry and his staff made me feel really welcome and explained everything that I needed without sounding condescending. And probably the most important thing to me - they didn't try to sell me things I don't need just because I wouldn't know the difference. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs.
