We had an appointment at 3pm and they didn't want to serve us. They said they didn't have time to service us and we will have to wait in line a few hours. Our appt did not mean anything. We drove 2 hours for nothing...
So. I took my car to sears on 10.20.18. At the counter, I dealt with a guy named David. WOW.Not a good wow either. He was so unfriendly, short and snippy. I did not have an appointment so I understood that I was in for a wait. There was only one car ahead of mine. Over 4 hrs for an oil change and alignment. There was another poor guy there having his battery checked. He had been there over 2 hrs.
