Absolutely horrible experience. I remember when Sears was a respectable operation. Yes, I am that old. What an incredibly poor process, or lack of, to try to get their best AGM auto battery replaced under warranty. And, imagine this, they have no record of my purchase, even with the receipt in my hand! Don't ask for the manager because he would rather his floor people take the heat for his mismanagement so he can hide.
