Not only that store but the whole company has gone down hill. bought a battery on-line, go to pick it up and they say I already have. call both the 877 # (on Sun.) and 800# (on Wend.). They wont help me because on-line it states it awaiting pickup. Call Todd Sophies auto manager there he also states Ive already picked it up and thats all the records he can produce, no signed documentation, but will get back to me on Thursday, its now Sunday. Guess ill be calling him back.

The manager Sean took good care of the alignment of my mom's and my wife's cars. We appreciate the extra effort.

Me and my husband hate to get our oil changed. But of course, as a car owner it is a must. The waiting and the hassle can be a pain. However Darryl Jennings really knew what he was doing and made us feel very welcome when we came in for our oil change. Although he is a Steelers fan.. we will definetely be coming back because of him! Go cowboys!
I have been taking my car to Sears for several years now with consistently good service. They even checked my records and replaced my battery which just had one last month on warranty!
A month later and I had to get my oil changed AGAIN because they didn't make sure the oil pan was completely tightened. I will never be using their center again.
