Jan hung up on me twice and when I finally did get through, was met with a terrible attitude and absolutely no help. Merry Christmas indeed. Never coming here for auto needs ever again!
Friendly service guy. I missed my appt by an hour and they were still able to get me in, even without me asking. I just had a tire rotation, but they were very accommodating.
Started writing out my multiple terrible experiences in detail, but came to the conclusion that it wasn’t worth it. Avoid the Peoria store at all costs... anywhere else is better!

Took a rim in to get a tire on it on Wednesday. First off they told me over the phone that they were only open until 5 and every where online it is listed as 6pm on weekdays. After going in I was charged more than I was told over the phone and what was listed online but it was only ~$10 so I paid for it. I was told they couldn't finish it that day which is kind of absurd, should take more than 15 mins and they were all just standing around with no cars in the garage. WIFE AND DAUGHTER ALMOST KILLED!!! my tie rod end popped out of the adjustment sleeve on my mercury! all new top of the line moob parts..every mechanic ive spoken to said it had to be from the clamp not being tightened properly on the sleeve ..DONT NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE
This place is a joke of a business. Purchased tires online to be picked up in store. When we went to get them (during stated business hours online) the place was closed and the business hours sign on the door was blank. We called the Sears main store and asked for the manager. Some one then came on the phone that "didn't know" when the auto center was open. We got transferred again to a lady who said "if they get bored over there they close for the day". ....what a business. So we made a 30 minute one way trip for nothing. T... read more
