During the last Central Valley heatwave our fan for our AC went out.We used our warranty and had 2 excellent customer centric tech help us to get a quick turnaround on parts and repair. The parts came in and Dennis initiated the schedule change to get the new fan motor picked up and installed before the next heatwave. Bad service. Martin was my technician. My appointment was canceled by the technician numerous times, stating that it was going to take 45 minutes to get to my home. My appointment’s have been cancelled at least 7* times. Also wanting me to move the refrigerator for him! Really I’m an 84 year old senior. The technician doesn’t know what he’s doing. You need to hire better technicians and have them do their job instead of asking me. I had an appointment today and of course NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO PHONE CALL. Extremely frustrat... read more
