The technician # 0002212 was the best. I have seen him before. He showed me how to empty the extra water from the water softener by bypassing the water filling stage on the regeneration cycle. He is awesome. He is patient, kind, and very experienced. I think his old age helps in having better manners and being nice to people.
Rep from Sears very professional and came 3X to fix parts in my washer. I always trust Sears and have a maintaince agreement on my big ticket items such as washer, dryer, chest freezer, treadmill, etc.
