This pertains to the kenmore washing machine under waranty. We have problems with this machine and reported it early November 2015. After 6 tech visits spread over until Jan 8 2016 and cahnge of parts, the problem of clothes getting tangled still persists. Each time a different tech comes. One just looks at the lights and interprets the error codes and concludes there is no problem.
