I am only rating the actual service work provided by Sears Appliance Repair which was EXCELLENT. The technician was very knowledgeable about the product and the repair was completed in an appropriate amount of time. I have a serious problem with their AI (artificial Intelligence) that generates automatic messages to both my email and texts to my cell phone.
