The first time the repair person came to fix the washer he put in a part and said it was fixed. But after some clothes were put in the washer he realized that it wasn't fixed and he said he would need to order other parts. The second time he put parts in he said that would take care of the problem and he didn't need to wash a load to test it. After he left and a load was washed we found out that the washer was worse than ever. Worst experience we've ever had getting an appliance worked on.

Please note: my technician was not the problem. I stated when I scheduled, that the flapper on my ice maker needed replaced and the tech literally charged me for telling me that. IF I would’ve allowed them to order it and replace it it was going to cost almost $600!!!! What a joke. So I paid $138.03 for a tech to come tell me what I already knew and had told them prior. So dumb. We’ll buy a new fridge, NOT through Sears. Thanks anyways.
