Technician Melissa was great in keeping me informed for arrival time, and repair progress.
This has been a Nightmare. Keep charging me for labor and parts. Oven did gret repaired. The microwave is still broken. 5/9/24 Appointment for oven repair. Repair person told me to buy the parts on Amazon and then schedule the repair. $199.00 diagnoses charge 8/13/24 Appointment to repair oven Different repair person told me she cannot repair because purchased the parts myself. Repair person ordered new parts for oven. I returned parts to Amazon. Microwave also stopped working so reviewed microwave as well and ordered parts.... read more
Repair person never showed up. Email messages kept changing the arrival time to past dates. Appears to be a scam.
When the technician finally showed up, after 3 canceled appointments and waiting 6 weeks for them to come install the parts for my washer, she did a good job. I got so tired of waiting for them to show up to install the new parts for my dryer that I installed them myself. I did notice however that they charged the insurance company for the labor that they didn't do. They didn't pay me for my labor. If you have a choice, don't use this company.
