1. Very expensive: over $700 just to replace a $225 mother board. 2. Payment was required in full before installing two weeks later. 3. Appointment to install new parts was rescheduled twice because the tech didn’t arrive. On third try, he showed up 90 min past the appointment window. 4. Cannot reach a real person to speak with. All calls and messages were AI. Extremely frustrating. 6. The techs themselves were courteous, efficient and seemed knowledable.
It was very easily to schedule service on a very old Maytag stacked unit. I was able to schedule for a repair. He was very professional and ordered the parts for the old Maytag and came back a second day to install the parts.
