Francisco was highly skillful. He worked quickly on finding what the issue was with our washer, and fixing it. He was friendly and easy to deal with. You know an expert when you see one. I also commend Sears for acting immediately on our request, unlike other service providers who wanted us to wait for a week before they could send someone.
Your AI is not good. I wanted someone to stop by for my dishwasher and ice maker. I could get it do both and you have no human available to trouble shoot. I won’t use this again if AI is the only option. UPDATE: I've called the number listed below AND IT CONNECTED ME BACK TO THE AI! Additionally, I went to the website below and can only chat with another (even worse) AI that only has pre-populated questions. There is now user chat. Technician guy came for about 15 mins and not much explaining problem. Only recommended to buy a bottle of dishwasher cleaner.
