Paul was friendly and professional. He did his testing and made recommendations for the problem with the washing machine.
My tech knew exactly what the issue was with my washer within the first 10 minutes. I appreciate his honest advice and service. I didn’t do repair because Sear’s rate was too high for my budget. I only paid the service call rate which was reasonable.
