Rip off! All they want is for you to sign up for a home warranty-they aggressively push this the minute you call and as soon as repair tech arrives. They wanted to charge $650 to change the lip on a front load washer!!! That is absolutely outrageous. You could buy a new machine for that much while the customer service agent I dealt with was amazing and the technician was super professional. The cost was just stupid. So I ended up just paying for the guy to come out and tell me that I essentially just need to buy new machine ... read more
